Full-Time Life Insurance Administrator/Customer Service

My client, based in the heart of Bromley is looking to recruit Customer Services Administrators due to continued growth of their business.
Your responsibilities will span from New Business Administration, Contract and Payment Administration and Claims Processing of Life, Investment and Pensions business.
- Processing applications
- Payment administration
- Reconciliation of payments
- Contract administration
- Claim assessment
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Must have industry knowledge of Life Insurance
- Preferably have Investments and Pensions experience
- Customer service administration
- Good written and oral communication
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to provide excellent standards of customer service
£15,000 – £19,000 per annum plus annual bonus and generous benefits.
